Atlanta Training Center ATC is a newly established premium educational hub in Dubai Backed by over a decade of international experience in shaping thousands of careers we are now bringing our expertise to the UAE We are looking for a dynamic experienced and highly motivated English Language Instructor to join our founding team and deliver worldclass language training As an English Instructor at ATC you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across the CEFR spectrum A1 to C2 and specialized Business English modules designed for the Dubai corporate landscape Key Responsibilities Instructional Delivery Teach General English courses to diverse adult learners across all levels Beginner A1 to Mastery C2 Business English Specialist Deliver highimpact Business English training including corporate communication presentation skills and professional writing Curriculum Adaptation Customize lesson plans to meet the specific career goals and linguistic needs of our students Assessment Progress Conduct placement tests monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning outcomes are met Classroom Management Create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in English Education Linguistics or a related field Certifications CELTA DELTA TESOL or TEFL certification is mandatory Experience Minimum of 3 5 years of teaching experience preferably with adult learners and corporate professionals Versatility Proven ability to teach both General English A1C2 and specialized Business English Location Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai Skills Exceptional communication skills cultural sensitivity and proficiency in using educational technology
