The role connects analytics to customer implementation processes, which results in improved service delivery, better operational performance, and ongoing development through KPI management, business intelligence operations, and interdepartmental teamwork.**Job ID**: 24089**Date Posted**: March 24, 2026**Expiration Date**: April 7, 2026**Apply**:**Main Duties*** The implementation of analytics needs to be driven through the evaluation of supply chain performance, which should be assessed against both SLAs and contractual obligations.* Analyze customer requirements, which will enable them to create data-driven project plans that match freight forwarding operations.* Create and oversee KPI frameworks, which will help them track logistics performance from start to finish and maintain high service quality.* Develop business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI for real-time insights.* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis to optimize costs, efficiency, and service delivery.**Essential Qualifications*** Master’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field is required for this position.* Possess extensive experience in freight forwarding operations which includes knowledge of air and ocean logistics regulations.* Professional has demonstrated his business implementation and analytical skills through his work in continuous improvement projects.* Experience using business intelligence tools which include Power BI and data reporting systems.* Excellent project management abilities which enable him to handle all stages of complex project implementation from planning through execution to performance assessment.**Preferred Qualifications*** Lean and Six Sigma methods to achieve process improvements and cost savings.* Possesses excellent leadership abilities and communication skills together with expertise in managing stakeholders across international teams and organizational departments.* Expertise in three areas which include KPI governance and performance benchmarking and operational quality assurance frameworks.* Possesses the ability to educate and guide teams on analytics and reporting tools and performance-based organizational development.Location, #J-18808-Ljbffr
