The role focuses on consultative B2B sales, engaging decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle. This is a performance‑driven sales role with pre‑qualified leads provided. The candidate will be responsible for closing deals and building strong client relationships within the compliance and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure.
• Conduct consultative B2B sales with decision-makers.
• Work with pre‑qualified leads provided by the company.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent compliance solutions (AML/KYC services) to corporate clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Must Have Requirements:

• CAMS Certification (mandatory).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• UAE experience in sales, banking, or compliance sector.
• Proven track record in closing deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary & Package:

AED 5,000 – 7,000
Uncapped commission (earning potential AED 15,000 – 20,000+).
