Branch Operations Manager Automobile Workshop

We are looking for an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple branches within a professional car care services environment Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of all branches Achieve monthly targets in sales and number of cars served Improve conversion rates from the call center Ensure service quality across PPF polishing tinting and minor repairs Lead supervisors and technical teams Handle customer issues directly and professionally Reduce waste and improve overall productivity Implement and enhance operational systems and SOPs Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management Requirements 3 5 years of experience in operations or branch management Strong leadership skills and decisionmaking ability Automotive industry experience is preferred Ability to manage multinational teams Willingness to work in the field and move between branches Important Notes This is a fieldbased role that requires daily branch followup Performance will be measured based on clear KPIs and results
