Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high data integrity.
Market Mapping: Assist in researching industry trends and competitor talent pools to improve sourcing strategies.
Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process
