Senior Site Engineer Or Project Engineer Job Location Dubai UAE Supervise manage and coordinate all onsite construction and fitout activities to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings project specifications and quality standards Monitor daily site operations track project progress and prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for management review Liaise effectively with consultants subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of project milestones Review analyze and interpret technical drawings identifying discrepancies and providing prompt resolutions to siterelated issues Ensure strict adherence to HSE Health Safety Environment protocols quality control measures and regulatory compliance at all times Lead guide and supervise site engineers foremen and technical staff ensuring optimal productivity and workflow coordination Assist the Project Manager in planning scheduling and resource allocation ensuring smooth execution of project phases Coordinate and facilitate site inspections quality checks and project handover procedures ensuring all requirements are met as per client and consultant standards Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in Fitout and Interior Design projects Strong knowledge of interior construction methods materials and industry standards Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure Proficiency in reading technical drawings and handling site documentation A valid UAE driving license is preferable
