Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Fit-Out & Exterior Painter responsible for carrying out all internal and external painting, texture coating, and surface finishing works for residential, commercial, and high-end villa projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of surface preparation, decorative finishes, texture applications, waterproof coating basics, and premium finishing standards to ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare internal and external surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, grinding, putty application, crack filling, and smoothing surfaces. Apply primer, undercoat, and final coats of paint using brushes, rollers, spray machines, and airless spray systems. Carry out painting works for walls, ceilings, gypsum partitions, wooden surfaces, metal surfaces, boundary walls, facades, and external structures. Execute texture paint applications including roller texture, spray texture, decorative texture finishes, and specialized wall coatings. Perform exterior painting works including weather-resistant coatings, waterproofing-compatible finishes, elastomeric coatings, and fa ade protection paints. Ensure proper color matching and finishing as per approved material samples and project specifications. Carry out polishing, varnishing, enamel painting, PU coating, wood polish, and decorative paint finishes where required. Inspect completed works for defects, uneven finishes, cracks, and carry out touch-ups and rectification works. Protect finished surfaces, furniture, flooring, and fixtures before starting painting activities. Maintain site cleanliness and proper disposal of paint waste and unused materials. Coordinate with civil teams, gypsum workers, carpenters, waterproofing teams, and site supervisors for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with project timelines, company quality standards, and HSE safety procedures. Maintain painting tools, ladders, scaffolding safety awareness, spray machines, and equipment in good working condition. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in interior fit-out and exterior painting works in the UAE. Strong experience in high-end villas, commercial buildings, luxury interiors, and fa ade painting projects. Good knowledge of paint systems, texture coatings, weatherproof paints, decorative finishes, and external fa ade applications. Experience in texture painting, PU paint, enamel paint, wood polish, and external protective coatings is preferred. Basic understanding of waterproofing coordination and fa ade preparation is an added advantage. Ability to read basic drawings, finishing schedules, and approved material specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium finishing quality. Ability to work independently and under site supervision. Physically fit and capable of handling both internal and external site work. Preferred Nationality Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, Filipino, and other experienced candidates with strong villa fit-out and external painting backgrounds.
