Dar Al Safaa Marbles Ind L L C is a UAEbased company specializing in premium marble and granite solutions delivering highquality natural stone products and turnkey installation services across the construction and interior fitout industry We are engaged in the sourcing processing fabrication and installation of marble and granite for residential commercial and largescale infrastructure projects With a strong focus on precision craftsmanship and timely project delivery we ensure superior finishing standards that meet international quality benchmarks Our services include customized marble cutting stone fabrication supply and installation of natural stone works and complete execution of interior and exterior stone cladding solutions We work closely with contractors consultants and developers to deliver tailored solutions that align with project specifications and design requirements Driven by skilled professionals and advanced machinery Dar Al Safaa Marbles is committed to excellence reliability and longterm client satisfaction in every project we undertake Role Description This is a fulltime Estimation Engineer Marble Granite role located onsite in the United Arab Emirates The Estimation Engineer will prepare and review bills of quantities BOQs analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates for marble and granite projects Key responsibilities also include conducting market research liaising with vendors for pricing negotiating with suppliers and contractors and coordinating with project teams to ensure budgetary and design alignment Skills Qualifications Proficiency in preparing BOQs and detailed project estimation Expertise in Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of construction materials particularly marble and granite Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interact confidently with suppliers contractors and stakeholders Experience in conducting market research to stay informed of material costs and trends Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Previous experience in marble and granite estimation is highly advantageous Proficiency in relevant estimation and CAD software
