Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC / AC Sales Engineer to drive business growth and expand market presence across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HVAC sales, strong technical understanding of air conditioning systems, and the ability to build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC and air conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, VRF, and related solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development activities
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, technical submissions, and tenders to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions
- Follow up on sales inquiries, leads, quotations, and payment collections
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Additional HVAC-related certifications will be an advantage
- 2–5 years of proven experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning sales
- Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project-based sales environments
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systems including VRF, Split AC, and Ducted systems
- Understanding of HVAC market trends, products, and technical specifications
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
