Job Description :
To provide independent assurance that the Company's activities, products, and operations are fully compliant with principles, resolutions of the Internal Supervisory Committee and applicable regulatory frameworks, through a risk-based internal audit function. The role strengthens the Company's governance framework and ensures effective management of non-compliance risk.
Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan.
Conduct periodic and ad hoc audits covering:
products and underwriting processes
Claims management
Review of Contracts & Documentation Review and audit:
policy wordings
Agreements and contracts
Marketing and disclosure materials
Internal policies and procedures
Evaluate the effectiveness of the Governance Framework, including:
Internal controls
Segregation and conventional operations (if applicable)
risk management processes
