We are constantly growing and are currently looking for (8) Scaffolding Foreman (Supervisor) to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Project Construction Team in one of Project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

What you will need to do:
- Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities on site.
- Ensure all scaffolding works comply with project specifications, approved method statements, and safety standards.
- Lead and manage scaffolding crews, providing technical guidance, direction, and on-the-job support.
- Conduct inspection, tagging, and certification of scaffolds (Scafftag system) to ensure safe usage.
- Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Monitor work progress and report daily activities, challenges, and resource requirements to management.
What you will need to have:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent; alternatively, a high school diploma with relevant scaffolding certifications.
- Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent approved certification).
- Work at Height (WAH) training certification.
- Minimum 5–7 years of scaffolding experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, including at least 3–4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, including Tube & Fitting and System Scaffolds (Cuplock, Ringlock, etc.), along with load classifications.
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings, design layouts, and method statements.
- Basic understanding of scaffold design principles and load calculations.
- Previous experience on ADNOC or similar Middle East EPC projects is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and procedures (preferably ADNOC or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Familiarity with Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
