The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the procurement strategy managing supplier relationships and optimizing the acquisition of goods and services This role focuses on costefficiency quality assurance and ensuring ethical sourcing across all business units in the region Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead mentor and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth Vendor Strategy Identify and manage a robust portfolio of suppliers wholesalers and brand distributors to support our ecommerce platform Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to secure priority stock allocation and favorable terms Inventory Availability Monitor realtime stock levels and coordinate frequent replenishments to ensure high availability for online customers SLA s Performance Monitor vendor delivery performance and adherence to timelines at our warehouse ensuring seamless stock intake Market Pricing Regularly analyze market rates to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge and strong margins Assortment Growth Continuously scout for new products and trends within the market to expand the ecommerce catalog Contract Negotiation Lead negotiations for credit terms volume discounts and service level agreements Skills Requirements s Qualifications Experience 5 years of experience in procurement specifically within an Ecommerce or highturnover retail environment Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead a team manage department KPIs and drive strategic initiatives Market Expertise Deep knowledge of the supply chain and an existing network of distributors Computer Literate Highly proficient in Microsoft Office advanced Excel is a must Odoo ERP and ecommerce backend management tools Inventory Logic Strong understanding of JustinTime JIT stock management and demand forecasting Professional Skills Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Language Full professional proficiency in English Soft Skills Strategic leadership with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into sourcing decisions Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity
