HSE Engineer

Description

We are looking for an experienced HSE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations. The HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions
• Train employees on HSE policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain HSE reports and records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE requirements are met
• Lead emergency response activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 8-11 years of experience in HSE
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies
• Experience in investigating accidents and incidents and developing corrective actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in HSE such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH are preferred
