About the Role

We are seeking a detailoriented Quotations Specialist / Estimator to join our team in Dubai. This role is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and delivery of accurate and competitive quotations to support the sales process across regional projects.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure that all proposals are technically sound, commercially competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. This is a key role supporting business growth in a fastpaced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer specifications, project requirements, and internal costing guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment of proposals.
• Review tender documentation and ensure all quotation submissions are complete, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
• Analyse project requirements, including specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities (BoQs).
• Maintain pricing consistency and support margin optimisation while remaining competitive in the market.
• Manage and track quotation activity, including revisions, approvals, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of quotation processes, tools, and data accuracy.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and support sales teams in customer interactions when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quotations, estimating, or commercial support role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of pricing and cost structures.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Selfmotivated with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
