We Are Hiring Engineering Project Coordinator ART LINE WOODS IND LLC is looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our growing team The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating engineering projects supporting project timelines and ensuring effective communication between engineering production and management teams Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor engineering projects from initiation to completion Support project scheduling progress tracking and deadline management Prepare update and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD Maintain engineering documentation and project records Communicate with engineers suppliers contractors and internal departments Support budgeting material tracking and project reporting Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements Organize meetings prepare reports and follow up on action items Skills Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Engineering Architecture Project Management or related field Previous experience in project coordination or engineering support roles Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing modification Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Good understanding of engineering workflows and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
