Service Technician – Construction & Earthmoving Equipment

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of construction and earthmoving equipment. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and AC system faults efficiently and provide effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Provide technical support and guidance to customers as well as internal teams. Handle field service activities, including on-site repairs and emergency breakdown support. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all work performed. Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, repairs, and preventive measures. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
