A reputable and wellestablished Multinational Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Team Leader for their Dubai office The main responsibilities will include but not limited to Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company s customer base and ensures its strong presence Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Participate in setting realistic forecasts develop plans and resources to ensure achievement Skills To be successful you will need to meet the following Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical Medical field Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector preferably in OTC Consumer Healthcare in the UAE Native Hindi speaker is a must Strong problemsolving and leadership skills Good decisionmaking skills great problemsolving and analytical abilities Applicants should be available for facetoface interviews in the location mentioned above
