Quantity Surveyor Engineer

We are currently looking for a detailoriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah UAE The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to our construction and technical services projects from the initial calculations to the final figures Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates budgets and bills of quantities BOQ for various projects Monitor project progress and track construction costs against the budget Manage tendering processes including analyzing quotations and preparing tender documents Prepare and process progress payments variations and final accounts Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and ensure alignment with contract specifications Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and project management teams to ensure costefficiency Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely reports to senior management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or a related field 3 years of experience in the UAE construction contracting sector preferably with a focus on technical services Proficiency in estimation software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local UAE construction regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or a related field 3 years of experience in the UAE construction contracting sector preferably with a focus on technical services Proficiency in estimation software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local UAE construction regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
