Financial Operations Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities Manage cash receipts bank transactions and payment records Reconcile daily sales reports with POS system and bank collections Prepare invoices receipts and expense documentation Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable Store Financial Management Track inventoryrelated financial records for electric scooters spare parts batteries and accessories Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock and financial data Assist in monthly stock audits and financial reconciliation Monitor store operating expenses and cost control Coordination Support Liaise with banks suppliers and internal departments when necessary Support financing or installment payment documentation for customers if applicable Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures Skills Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field Above 3 years of finance or accounting experience Experience in retail automotive EV or dealership industry is an advantage Familiar with accounting software Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and under pressure English proficiency required Chinese will be plus Understanding of VAT GST regulations
