HPL Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic resultsdriven Sales Specialist to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor indoor architectural material sales with specific proven experience selling and managing HPL HighPressure Laminate toilet cubicle systems and partition solutions to the UAE construction and commercial fitout market Key Responsibilities B2B Business Development Identify target and secure new business opportunities with main contractors MEP subcontractors interior designers and project consultants across the UAE Product Specialization Drive sales specifically for our HPL toilet cubicle systems lockers and related wall cladding solutions effectively communicating technical specifications and material benefits Project Pipeline Management Track active construction projects from the early design specification phase through to the final tendering and procurement stages Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with project managers procurement heads and commercial teams to secure on corporate vendor lists Quotation Negotiation Prepare accurate commercial quotes handle technical submittals negotiate contract terms and ensure smooth postsale coordination with our site execution teams Skills Excellent negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills Must be highly selfmotivated and capable of working independently to hit sales targets A strong existing network of active contractors consultants and fitout professionals in the UAE A valid UAE Driving License and a personal vehicle are highly preferred to facilitate frequent client and site visits
