Internship Overview:
As a Recruitment Intern, you will receive remote (home-based) training and work on live recruitment assignments under supervision. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for ongoing paid or junior recruiter opportunities.
Work Arrangement

- Training, tasks, and communication conducted online
- Daily coordination via WhatsApp / email / ATS

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support - Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online channels
- Screen CVs against job requirements
- Shortlist suitable candidates
- Maintain candidate records and updates in the recruitment system
Candidate Communication - Conduct initial candidate outreach (calls / WhatsApp / email)
- Clearly explain job roles, salary ranges, location, and hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain professional and ethical communication at all times
Operational & Reporting Tasks - Update candidate status accurately
- Share daily activity updates
- Support interview scheduling and documentation
- Follow internal SOPs, timelines, and confidentiality standards
Training Provided (Remote)
- Recruitment fundamentals & lifecycle
- Job description analysis
- Candidate sourcing & screening techniques
- Professional recruiter communication
- Ethical hiring & UAE recruitment basics
- ATS / CRM usage and reporting
Compensation Structure
- This is a performance-based internship.
- Interns are paid per successful placement (close)
- Payment is made once the candidate successfully joins
- No fixed monthly salary during the internship
- Clear commission/fee structure explained during onboarding
