Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our joinery and fitout team The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates analyzing project specifications and supporting the tendering process for custom joinery and interior fitout projects Key Responsibilities Review drawings specifications and tender documents Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fitout works Perform material takeoffs and quantity surveying Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Prepare BOQs tender submissions and cost reports Coordinate with the design production and project teams Monitor market prices and maintain estimating databases Skills Minimum 3 5 years of estimating experience in joinery carpentry or interior fitout Strong knowledge of joinery materials manufacturing processes and installation methods Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software Strong analytical and communication skills UAE experience preferred
