We are a fastgrowing Electrical Trading company based in Dubai looking for a sharp highenergy Sales Coordinator Quotation Specialist to join our team If you thrive in a fastpaced environment can handle a high volume of RFQs Requests for Quotations with speed and accuracy and have a solid background in the UAE electrical market we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Promptly acknowledge and process a high volume of RFQs received via email and phone calls from MEP contractors and traders Coordinate with local wholesalers and distributors to source competitive prices and check material availability Prepare accurate and professional quotations using MS Excel ERP systems ensuring proper margins Proactively follow up on submitted quotes with clients to negotiate handle objections and successfully convert inquiries into Local Purchase Orders LPOs Update and maintain records of daily inquiries sent quotes and customer feedback What We Offer Competitive basic salary of AED 3 Performancebased commission structure earn more as you convert more Employment visa as per UAE Labour Law A dynamic and supportive work environment with growth opportunities Note Only candidates currently residing in the UAE with relevant electrical trading experience will be shortlisted Skills Requirements Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the UAE Electrical Trading industry Mandatory Product Knowledge Strong familiarity with major regional brands for Switchgear Cables and Lighting Technical Skills High proficiency in MS Excel formulas formatting or ERP software coupled with a fast typing speed Communication Excellent verbal and written English communication skills comfortable making highvolume followup calls Location Candidates residing in Deira or Sharjah will have a distinct advantage due to the office location commute
