Position Overview

Ele Interior Design is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Specialist to lead and oversee the company’s technology infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems while supporting business operations, design teams, and future growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of hardware, software, servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
  
• Lead and manage IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across all departments.
  
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, data protection measures, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  
• Manage network infrastructure, servers, Wi-Fi systems, and security monitoring solutions.
  
• Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, inventory control, allocation, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
  
• Evaluate, implement, and manage enterprise software solutions, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
  
• Support and optimize business platforms.
  
• Research and introduce AI technologies and automation tools to improve productivity, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure proper organization, access control, and security of company files, shared drives, and digital documentation.
  
• Collaborate with design and project teams to support specialized software used in interior design, architecture, and visualization.
  
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
  
• Prepare IT budgets, manage vendor relationships, negotiate software and hardware purchases, and monitor technology-related expenses.
  
• Generate regular reports on IT performance, cybersecurity, assets, and ongoing projects for senior management.
  
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, infrastructure improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in IT, including leadership or management responsibilities.
  
• Strong expertise in network administration, server management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, hardware, and software systems.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and enterprise technology management.
  
• Familiarity with software commonly used in design, architecture, or construction companies, with the ability to support creative and technical teams.
  
• AI-literate with experience using or implementing AI-powered business tools
  
• Experience with the Zoho system is highly preferred.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and business productivity platforms.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience managing IT vendors, software licensing, procurement, and technology budgets.
  
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Previous experience in an interior design, architecture, engineering, or construction company is preferred.
  
• Valid driving license with own vehicle is an advantage.
