Roles Responsibilities Develop monitor and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and or MS Project Prepare baseline programs recovery schedules lookahead plans and progress reports Coordinate with project managers engineers procurement teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved Monitor project progress and identify potential delays proposing corrective actions where necessary Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and management presentations Conduct schedule analysis resource planning and productivity assessments Track procurement material delivery and construction activities against approved schedules Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum years of experience in MEP planning and scheduling within construction projects Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project Excellent understanding of project planning scheduling resource allocation and progress monitoring
