Estimation Engineer Fire Rated Metal Door

Estimation Tendering Review tender documents BOQs drawings specifications and vendor requirements Analyze project scope and prepare accurate cost estimates for metal doors firerated doors frames and related hardware Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals in accordance with project requirements Ensure compliance with consultant specifications Civil Defense requirements and applicable industry standards Technical Coordination Coordinate with the drafting team for the preparation and submission of shop drawings Liaise with clients consultants and internal departments regarding technical clarifications Review project specifications and ensure alignment with estimation and design requirements Assist in preparing material submittals MARs and prequalification documents Supplier Vendor Management Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing lead times and technical information Support negotiations related to cost quality and delivery schedules Monitor supplier performance to ensure project objectives are achieved Project Support Coordinate with production project and site teams during various stages of project execution Conduct site visits when required to verify project requirements and site conditions Support project handover documentation and technical records Compliance Documentation Ensure all procurement and estimation activities comply with contractual commercial and legal requirements Coordinate fire testing certification renewals audits and Civil Defense approvals for firerated metal doors Prepare Operation Maintenance O M manuals for firerated doors metal doors and architectural hardware systems Maintain accurate records of estimates supplier quotations approvals and project documentation Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills Estimation and cost analysis BOQ and tender document review Technical drawing interpretation Vendor and supplier coordination Negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of firerated door standards and testing requirements Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
