Roles Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of pool operations including water chemistry filtration and equipment maintenance ensuring optimal water quality and safety standards are consistently met Supervise and train pool staff providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to foster a highperforming and safetyconscious team Enforce pool rules and regulations proactively addressing any safety concerns or violations to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all patrons Manage pool chemicals and balancing accurately testing and adjusting water chemistry to maintain proper pH levels chlorine concentration and overall water clarity Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent is required providing a foundation for understanding operational procedures Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a pool supervisory role indicating familiarity with pool operations and staff management
