Operations Manager

We re looking for an Operations manager to overse internal systems coordination and process improvement to ensure the business runs efficiently and consistently This role plays a central part in aligning teams supporting delivery standards and building scalable operational structure across the company Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operational workflows across departments Improve internal systems processes and team coordination Support reporting documentation and operational visibility Identify inefficiencies and implement structured improvements Help maintain service quality through clear process management Coordinate with leadership on priorities execution and team support Ensure internal operations remain organized consistent and scalable This position is with Gulf Alts a Dubaibased real estate developer asset management company Skills What we re looking for 4 years of experience in operations administration or business management Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience building or improving internal workflows Ability to manage priorities across teams and functions Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities Experience in real estate or servicebased businesses is preferred
