Senior MEP Coordinator

Roles Responsibilities Lead the coordination of MEP systems design ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural components across projects Review MEP shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project specifications and local codes providing timely feedback to prevent delays Facilitate and lead regular coordination meetings with stakeholders including architects engineers and contractors to address design conflicts proactively Manage the procurement and installation of MEP equipment ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering or a related field with a strong academic foundation in MEP systems A minimum of 7 years of handson experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry showcasing a proven track record Professional certifications such as LEED AP PMP or equivalent demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and project management excellence Experience working on largescale commercial or residential projects with a deep understanding of complex MEP system integrations
