Roles Responsibilities Job Title Business Development Manager ANB Global is a premier management consulting organization specializing in IT and Financial Consulting services We provide tailored solutions to our clients ensuring their business objectives are met with efficiency and innovation Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling Governance Risk and Compliance GRC solutions The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 78 years of experience in IT sales and a proven track record of success in the GCC region Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for our GRC solution Drut in the GCC region Identify and target potential clients establish and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and understand their business needs Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our GRC solution to prospective clients Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client s specific requirements Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery Create partner ecosystem in the region to drive drut s sales Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives contributing to the overall growth and success of ANB Global Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Business IT Finance or a related field MBA is a plus Minimum of 78 years of experience in sales with a strong focus on GRC solutions Alteryx TeamMate Archer etc Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the GCC region Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
