Join a newly established Dubai office of a wellestablished upstream oil firmDrive procurement across drilling and well services Subsurface or production projects and facilities Surface Infrastructure Play a strategic role in shaping procurement policies processes and supplier strategy Client Details The client is a leading oil field services and equipment organisation supporting upstream oil and gas operations across Africa They are establishing a centralised procurement hub in Dubai to drive sourcing activities strengthen supplier partnerships and support regional operations alongside a global vendor base Description Lead endtoend procurement across either Subsurface or Surface Infrastructure categoriesManage sourcing processes including RFQs RFPs contract negotiation and executionBuild and manage supplier relationships across Africa UAE Europe Asia and the USSupport development of procurement policies category strategies and vendor frameworksOversee purchase order lifecycle and coordinate logistics for crossborder deliveryCollaborate with engineering operations and finance teams to align procurement with business needs Profile 8 to 17 years of procurement experience within upstream oil and gas or oilfield servicesDeep expertise in either Subsurface or Surface Infrastructure category procurementExperience working with OFSE suppliers for Subsurface or EPC contractors for Surface Infrastructure Strong track record in contract negotiation and supplier managementAbility to operate effectively in a fastpaced buildphase environment Job Offer An opportunity to play a key role in building a procurement function within a growing upstream organisation with strong exposure to international operations and leadership
