Roles Responsibilities Immigration Sales Consultant Company Fidelis Global Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries for immigration work permits tourist visa programs Conduct consultations and assess client eligibility Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets Follow up with prospects through calls WhatsApp email and CRM Explain process documentation timelines and fees professionally Coordinate with the processing team for smooth case management Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service Stay updated on immigration policies and visa regulations Requirements Strong communication and sales skills Targetdriven and customerfocused Experience in immigration visa or consultancy sales preferred Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration visa consultancy sales or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English Punjabi and Hindi additional languages will be considered an advantage Strong sales negotiation and clienthandling abilities Targetoriented with a positive and professional attitude Ability to build trust and maintain longterm client relationships
