Project Coordinator Cum Technical Engineer

Roles Responsibilities Coordinate assigned construction projects and monitor progress Handle shop drawings material submittals RFIs and consultant approvals Review drawings BOQs specifications and contract requirements Coordinate with site teams consultants suppliers and subcontractors Prepare project reports maintain documentation and track project status Follow up on procurement activities material approvals and deliveries Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience with a Main Contractor Strong knowledge of project coordination technical submissions and construction documentation Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and MS Project Excellent communication coordination and problemsolving skills UAE Driving License and immediate availability will be an advantage
