Manicure and Pedicure Specialist

Roles Responsibilities Perform professional manicure and pedicure services according to salon standards Clean shape trim and polish fingernails and toenails Apply nail polish gel polish nail treatments and basic nail art as requested Maintain high standards of hygiene by sterilizing tools and sanitizing workstations before and after each client Assess clients nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products Ensure clients are comfortable and provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment Maintain adequate stock of nail care products and inform management when supplies need replenishing Keep the work area clean organized and compliant with health and safety regulations Stay updated on the latest nail care techniques trends and products Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Follow salon policies appointment schedules and grooming standards Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a highquality salon experience Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Manicure Pedicure Technician Knowledge of nail care techniques hygiene and sanitation practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional friendly and customerfocused attitude Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required Relevant beauty therapy or nail technician certification is an advantage
