We are an exciting new Caribbean restaurant bringing bold authentic flavours to the heart of Dubai Our mission is to celebrate the richness of Caribbean cuisine while blending tradition with creativity in a vibrant dining experience Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef with strong experience The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques spices and ingredients and be able to deliver highquality dishes consistently Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Caribbean dishes e g jerk curry stews grilled meats seafood Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety Manage kitchen operations during service Ensure consistency presentation and quality of all dishes Work collaboratively with kitchen and frontofhouse teams Skills Requirements Proven experience as a Chef Knowledge of traditional ingredients and cooking methods Excellent time management and organizational skills Food hygiene certification preferred Passion for food creativity and cultural authenticity What We Offer Competitive salary and tips Opportunity to be part of a new and growing restaurant Creative input on menu and dishes Friendly and supportive team environment
