Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring design coordination, technical compliance, and smooth execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential developments, and villa projects with excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all technical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
  

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and project teams for technical approvals.
  

• Review and resolve design issues, RFIs, and technical queries.
  

• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  

• Manage shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
  

• Provide technical support to project teams and site operations.
  

• Coordinate with MEP, structural, architectural, and other disciplines.
  

• Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions.
  

• Monitor design changes, variations, and technical impacts on projects.
  

• Support value engineering and construction optimization.
  

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE standards and regulations.
  

• Assist in project handover and final documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical management for construction projects.
  

• Strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.
  

• Proven experience with main contracting companies in UAE is preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and engineering practices.
  

• Experience in managing technical teams and consultant coordination.
  

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
