Compliance Analyst

Roles Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented Compliance Analyst to join our team in the United Arab Emirates In this role you will leverage your expertise in compliance analytics and reporting to identify risk indicators support regulatory reviews and enhance our compliance framework through datadriven insights Responsibilities Analyze and monitor compliance data to identify trends anomalies and potential risks Develop and maintain risk indicator dashboards and reports using Power BI Prepare present and distribute regular compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies Conduct deepdive compliance analytics to support internal audits and regulatory examinations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and improve compliance controls Assist in the design and enhancement of compliance policies procedures and frameworks Provide adhoc data analysis and reporting support for special projects and investigations Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Economics or related field 2 4 years of experience in compliance analytics risk management or a related function Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP macros Proven experience developing interactive dashboards and data models in Power BI Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations Excellent reporting skills and experience producing managementlevel presentations Handson experience with compliance analytics and risk indicator development Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment and local compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications Professional certification such as CAMS CRCM or equivalent Experience with SQL or other data querying languages Exposure to additional BI tools Tableau Qlik Master s degree in Finance Risk Management or related discipline Prior experience in financial services or a regulated industry within the Middle East
