Social Media Executive Team: Marketing | Location: Dubai, UAE | Type: Full-Time Make the content that makes the GCC stop, watch, and follow, and grow our channels from the ground up.

Every month, hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner, a beauty service, a handyman, or a home health visit through Justlife.

The content they scroll, the Reels they watch, the creators they trust, that's what you'll make.

You'll start by building social for one of our service categories end-to-end, with room to take on more categories as you grow.

We're looking for a creator at heart, someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, is comfortable on camera, and can turn an everyday service into content that earns trust and stops the scroll.

This is a build-from-the-ground-up moment.

Today our social is mostly one channel.

The presence you build across every platform is what gets us to 10x.

The Role This is a hands-on, do-it-yourself role.

You'll own social end-to-end across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, creating and curating content, running community engagement, and leading influencer collaborations.

You'll coordinate photo and video shoots, read the numbers, and turn what's working into the next post.

You'll often be on camera yourself.

You'll report to the Social Media Lead and own your channels day-to-day, with room to take on more categories as we scale.

This is not a schedule-and-post role.

We expect you to set trends, not just follow them.

Create, host, ship fast, and grow a real audience.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 6 Months Grow the channels.

Take us from mostly one channel to a live presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and move audience growth and engagement to clear, agreed targets we'll set with you in week one.

Ship scroll-stopping content.

Create, edit, and post Reels and TikToks quickly, often featuring yourself, at a consistent weekly cadence.

Build trust, not just reach.

Make content that real people find genuinely helpful, not just viral.

Run influencer collaborations.

Find the right creators, manage the partnerships, and track reach and bookings driven.

Own the shoots.

Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots that match the brand.

Read the numbers.

Track performance across campaigns and collaborations, and feed the insights straight back into what you make next.

What We're Looking For Must-haves 3 to 4 years creating and growing social content across Instagram and TikTok, including hands-on influencer marketing.

Comfortable and confident on camera.

You can present, host, and feature in content naturally.

Strong storytelling and creative copywriting.

You turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content.

Hands-on editing for TikTok and Reels, with fast turnaround that doesn't sacrifice quality.

A deep, current understanding of social trends, formats, and platforms.

Cultural fluency in the UAE, and the adaptability to learn the home services world fast.

Experience coordinating photo and video shoots.

Nice-to-haves Experience in the service, consumer, lifestyle, or healthcare industry.

A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or a body of work that speaks for itself.

Familiarity with social tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

Our process includes a short intro call, a creative conversation where you'll pitch us three Reel ideas for a Justlife service, a case study stage, and a final meeting with the team.

We aim to move from first call to decision within two to three weeks, and we'll keep you posted at every step.
