Multi Technician

Roles Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of MEP HVAC technicians Perform installation maintenance and repair of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems Ensure all work is completed as per company standards and client requirements Assign tasks and monitor team productivity and performance Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance Ensure proper usage of tools equipment and materials Maintain service reports and update management regularly Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Coordinate with clients and respond to service requests efficiently Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in MEP HVAC maintenance Proven experience as a MultiTechnician Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems Ability to supervise and work handson when required Valid UAE driving license mandatory Good communication skills in English Hindi Arabic is an advantage Strong leadership troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Ability to handle multiple sites and tasks under pressure
