Roles Responsibilities We re Hiring Business Development Executive Dubai Elegant Escapes Holiday Homes is expanding and we re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai Your Mission Bring new landlords property owners on board to partner with us You ll be the face of Elegant Escapes pitching our management services closing deals and building longterm relationships with investors What You ll Do Identify and onboard new landlords properties across Dubai Pitch our fullservice holiday home management model Build pipeline through networking cold outreach and referrals Hit monthly acquisition targets for new units Represent Elegant Escapes at property events expos What We re Looking For 2 years BDM Sales experience in Dubai real estate or holiday homes Strong network of landlords investors or developers Excellent negotiation closing skills Fluent English Arabic Hindi Russian a plus Selfstarter with proven track record of hitting targets What We Offer Competitive base high uncapped commissions per unit onboarded RERA support if needed Marketing operations team to support your clients Fastgrowing brand in Dubai s shortterm rental market Ready to grow with us Apply Send your CV Or DM me directly Desired Candidate Profile A bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a related field providing a solid foundation for understanding market dynamics At least 35 years of relevant experience in business development or sales demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets Preferred experience in the specific industry of focus allowing deeper insights into market challenges and client expectations Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisionmaking
