Roles Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control QA QC plans tailored for civil engineering projects in Abu Dhabi s unique construction environment Conduct rigorous site inspections and material testing to ensure compliance with project specifications local regulations e g ADM Estidama and international standards Review and approve technical submittals method statements and shop drawings verifying their adherence to design intent and quality requirements Manage and coordinate the activities of the QC inspection team assigning tasks and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of findings Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university Minimum of years of progressive experience in QA QC roles within the civil construction sector preferably in the UAE Possession of relevant certifications such as CSWIP NEBOSH or ASNT Level II is highly advantageous Proficiency in understanding and applying international standards e g ACI ASTM BS and local Abu Dhabi regulations ADM Estidama
