Business Development Manager
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
. Identify, target, and pitch to multinational corporations (MNCs), blue-chip clients, and high value enterprise accounts.
. Lead the bidding process, including the preparation and presentation of complex RFQs, RFPs, and high-level corporate tenders.
. Collaborate with the pricing, procurement, and operations teams to architect bespoke, profitable end-to-end supply chain solutions for corporate clients.
. Consistently meet and exceed aggressive individual and department-level revenue and margin targets.
. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and corporate decision-makers to secure multi-year contracts and strategic alliances.
. Conduct regular executive-level business reviews with key accounts to ensure service excellence, contract compliance, and to uncover upselling opportunities .
. Maintain an advanced, highly accurate CRM sales pipeline, providing data-driven revenue forecasts directly to upper management.
. Analyze financial performance, market yields, and profitability metrics to optimize the pricing structures of corporate deals.
. Oversee commercial contract negotiations, ensuring legal, compliance, and corporate risk frameworks are strictly met
. Provide strategic guidance, market insights, and occasional mentorship to junior Sales Executives to align corporate growth strategies .
