We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin / Listing Executive to manage and optimize premium property listings on the client's platform. This role supports sales, enhances user experience, and acts as a bridge between clients, operations, and the product team.
Conduct cold calling and handle general administrative tasks
Perform market research and data analysis to support listing strategy
Manage and optimize premium listings to ensure promised visibility and placement
Monitor listing performance and share insights with clients
Coordinate internally to resolve issues impacting client satisfaction
Prepare performance reports and comparisons to support sales
Improve platform user experience for agents and landlords
Act as an internal product voice by translating client feedback into insights
Minimum 3 years experience in tech, platform operations, or a related role
Strong familiarity with digital platforms or marketplaces
Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
