Position: Civil Engineer

Industry: Oil & Gas

Location: UAE

Experience: Minimum 5–12 years in Oil & Gas Projects

Mandatory Requirement: Previous ADNOC project experience is compulsory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities at Oil & Gas project sites.
• Ensure all civil works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, ADNOC standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and HSE.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, method statements, and technical documents before execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to civil and structural works.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed within project timelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Verify material quality, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
• Participate in project planning, construction meetings, and client inspections.
• Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC HSE regulations, international standards, and company procedures.
• Support project handover by preparing as-built documentation and closing punch-list items.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, structural steel, foundations, roads, drainage, underground utilities, and industrial infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ADNOC engineering specifications, international codes, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
