• License: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Main Job Task – Site Supervision:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and coordinate work assignments for technicians on multiple sites.
• Allocate manpower, monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Drive company vehicles safely to transport technicians, tools, equipment and materials to assigned locations.
• Ensure all maintenance teams arrive at sites on schedule and perform assigned work efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality of work and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants and supervisors regarding job status, work schedules and site requirements.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and performance of field technicians.
• Ensure availability of required tools, materials and spare parts before mobilizing to sites.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
• Prepare daily work reports, vehicle logs and site progress updates accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and arrange immediate team deployment.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and operational procedures on all project sites.
• Support project execution, fit-out works and emergency maintenance activities whenever required.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and company representatives.
• Report operational issues, manpower shortages and site challenges to management promptly.
• Ensure efficient coordination between office staff, supervisors and field teams to achieve operational targets.
