Job Description Coordinate freight scheduling negotiate competitive rates with carriers optimize delivery routes and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery Monitor inventory levels manage order fulfillment and maintain product availability while minimizing inventory holding costs Oversee the receipt storage packing and dispatch of goods ensuring efficient warehouse operations and adherence to company standards Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and tariff requirements Manage reverse logistics by coordinating the return of products inspecting returned items and determining appropriate actions such as resale repair or recycling Investigate shipping delays process claims for damaged or lost goods and resolve logisticsrelated issues with vendors carriers and customers in a timely manner Skills Bachelor s degree Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret freight warehouse and inventory data to identify trends forecast demand and optimize operational performance Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems WMS Transportation Management Systems TMS and Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Sound knowledge of inventory management stock optimization warehouse layout planning Good understanding of local and international import export procedures customs regulations shipping documentation waybills tariffs and cargo insurance requirements Dubai Customs
