To provide strategic financial leadership controls and governance frameworks that support the achievement of the group s vision and business objectives Serving as a strategic business partner to the Executive Board the person directs the group s overall financial strategy capital allocation risk management and financial performance across a diverse portfolio of businesses including FMCG agriculture automotive and industrial engineering to ensure sustainable growth and longterm value creation Key Accountabilities Responsibilities Strategy Operational Management Contribute to corporate strategy and lead the development of the group s financial strategy Oversee daily finance operations across all business units ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Financial Performance Reporting Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements budgeting forecasting and performance monitoring Provide actionable insights to the Csuite on strategy implementation and business plan KPIs Treasury Capital Structure Oversee cash flow liquidity planning and negotiations with financial institutions to secure lowcost funding Define an optimum capital structure to minimize the cost of capital Financial Control Governance Maintain the general ledger and oversee compliance with local regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS Develop and enforce internal financial controls to safeguard organizational assets People Leadership Lead recruit and develop the finance team through effective performance management and succession planning Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with internal external auditors banks and management levels across the group to resolve complex financial issues Role Requirements Educational Professional Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or Economics Professional Certifications Active CFA CPA CMA ACCA CIMA or CA designation is required Languages Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic is a must Experience Minimum of 12 years of relevant finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role Proven expertise in macroeconomics currency risk mitigation crossfunctional leadership and multisector financial modeling Skills Technical Skills Competencies Job Specific Skills Strategic thinking corporate governance commercial acumen risk management and negotiation skills Technical Knowledge Deep knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP regulations Systems Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial tools Excel
