Civil Site Supervisor

Supervise daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity Coordinate with engineers subcontractors and clients Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications Plan and allocate manpower materials and equipment efficiently Monitor project progress and report daily work status Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance Enforce health safety and environmental HSE requirements Identify and resolve site issues promptly Maintain records of work completed manpower and materials Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the project schedule Skills Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor UAE GCC experience is preferred Strong knowledge of civil construction maintenance finishing and renovation works Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good leadership communication and problemsolving skills Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
