Roles Responsibilities Handle endtoend international procurement activities Source and develop overseas suppliers for mechanical fabrication steel hydraulic electrical and industrial components Obtain quotations evaluate suppliers negotiate prices payment terms and delivery schedules Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts Coordinate with freight forwarders shipping lines and customs agents for timely imports Manage import documentation including commercial invoices packing lists certificates of origin and shipping documents Ensure timely availability of materials to support production Build longterm relationships with global suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities Monitor supplier performance and implement costsaving initiatives Coordinate with Production Engineering Stores and Finance teams Desired Candidate Profile Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Mandatory 2 5 years of experience in international procurement Preferred Experience sourcing from global suppliers preferably from China Europe India or other international markets Strong knowledge of Incoterms import export procedures shipping documentation and international logistics Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Experience in manufacturing truck body fabrication automotive heavy engineering or steel fabrication industries is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Strong communication and analytical skills
