Roles Responsibilities Act as the company s Dubai Municipality G 1 Licensed Engineer Supervise G 1 villa construction renovation and technical services projects Coordinate with Dubai Municipality consultants and other government authorities for approvals and inspections Review and approve engineering drawings shop drawings and technical submissions Monitor site activities quality safety and project progress Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations project specifications and industry standards Coordinate with project managers subcontractors suppliers and clients Prepare technical reports and attend project meetings when required Desired Candidate Profile Valid Dubai Municipality G 1 Civil Engineer License Mandatory Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in G 1 residential villa construction Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality approval procedures and regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Excellent communication coordination and problemsolving skills UAE Driving License is an advantage
